A State-of-the-Art Comprehensive Facility,
Designed in Partnership with the Hawaii Academy of Arts & Science Public Charter School


The ASC campus will expand to offer:

  1. A community gathering & performing space

  2. An educational institution focusing on agriculture; with farm-to-table & entrepreneurial components

  3. An inclusive Arts & Sciences Center, encompassing shops for fabrication & design for business incubation, as well as community educational opportunities 

Already in the works:

  • Master plan to be completed Fall 2025

  • Land planning & special use permits to be completed Fall 2025

  • Potable Water, Fire & infrastructure designs complete

  • Intersection design determined and coordinated with Dept. of Water for waterline extension

  • Ironwoods in center of property removed for preliminary grading

  • Larger designated office space for ASC staff, summer ‘25

  • Engineering completed for Water and Septic

  • Grading permit and land work for Phase A, Summer 2025

  • Additional Parking/Secure area for state vehicles

  • While our planned expansion provides state-of-the-art facilities for community purposes, it also supports our long-standing partnership with HAASPCS (est. 2001) in welcoming all students onto our main campus (currently half of the 700+ K-12 students are at satellite sites).
